Group Fitness is a beautiful space, it was my home, and it’s where I was born and grew up. I value it so much and love how it continues to help so many people move their bodies, get social and have fun.
But when it came to changing my body and loving myself, it wasn’t ticking all the boxes. It was only when I started to lift weights properly that I noticed my body became much leaner and the love I had for myself had exceeded.
Weights were always involved in the group fitness studio, but not the barbells, or the big plates and heavy dumbbells. As scary as it was, I took that step and left the group fitness studio to train on my own.
Instantly, it changed my body physically and how I felt about it, I realised it was what I’d been looking for. There’s nothing like experiencing something yourself, something so life-changing and being in the position to share it with others.
Over time, I shared my love for resistance training with other women, and the more I saw them lift weights, and get more confident with being on the gym floor where the men were, my passion became clear.
I started to gravitate towards helping women become stronger and more educated about training and the crossover it had to so many other aspects of their lives.
Including the one that most women struggle with, self-love.
Your 60-minute Personal Training session will be based on your body and your goals. After your session, continue getting coached by me for another 4 weeks online with the use of my app.
