Personalised Strength, Nutrition, and Behaviour Coaching

Fortnightly 30-Minute Calls
These calls give you the space to step back from the week-to-week and look at the bigger picture. It’s where we refine your approach, work through what’s been coming up, and make clear decisions on what actually needs to change. Weekly Check-Ins
Each week, you’ll have a structured check-in that helps you reflect on how things are actually going, not just what you planned to do. This is where we identify what’s working, what’s not, and what matters most for the week ahead. Instead of trying to fix everything at once, we focus on what will keep you steady and consistent.
Program Walkthroughs
You won’t just be given a program and left to figure it out. We walk you through how it’s structured and why it’s built the way it is, so you understand what you’re doing and what you’re working toward. This builds confidence in your training and removes the second-guessing that often stops progress.
Daily Access to Your Coach
Support isn’t limited to a single session. You’ll have access to your coach throughout the week, so when things feel off, when you’re unsure, or when life gets busy, you’re not left navigating it alone. This is what allows you to stay consistent even when your routine isn’t perfect.
Monthly Growth Workshops + Community
Educational, community-based sessions with other like-minded women that go beyond training and help you understand how to work with yourself, not against yourself.
