If you’re just stepping into your gym floor era and know how beneficial lifting weights can be but aren’t sure where to start, this is for you.

TRIMESTERS 1, 2 & 3 - Up to 40 weeks
Movement is essential, no matter how your body is changing. During this special—and sometimes overwhelming—time, staying active can help you feel safe, confident, and strong.

BUSY GIRL - 4 weeks
Busy Girl is a power-packed, 4-week, full-body program designed for women who want to be strong while living their busy lives to the fullest. Each session is only 30 minutes, done 3 days a week, and focuses on hitting all major movement patterns, pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, and core work, to ensure a short yet effective workout. Great for maximising efficiency while empowering you to feel strong and confident.

REBUILD 1.0 - 4 weeks
Get back to feeling strong, confident, and capable with REBUILD 1.0, a 4-week program for intermediate to advanced lifters who’ve taken time off and are ready to reclaim their strength.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll rotate through lower body, upper body, and full-body sessions (45-60 minutes each). This program focuses on rebuilding the foundations of your movement patterns, regaining lost strength, and setting the stage for even bigger progress. This isn’t just about getting back, it’s about coming back better. Let’s rebuild!
