If you’re just stepping into your gym floor era and know how beneficial lifting weights can be but aren’t sure where to start, this is for you.

TRIMESTERS 1, 2 & 3 - Up to 40 weeks
Movement is essential, no matter how your body is changing. During this special—and sometimes overwhelming—time, staying active can help you feel safe, confident, and strong.

POSTPARTUM REBUILD - 6 weeks (coming soon)
The postpartum period is a time of change, but it’s also a chance to focus on you. While your baby is your top priority, your well-being matters too.
